Everton are riding high in the top 4 , playing some terrific free flowing football and without Baines in the team. Whilst many of the players were there under D.M. one has to admire the way Martinez has them playing and in a very different style to the way D.M. had Everton set up to play. They are dominating possession, they had the most possession of any premier league team at the Emirates for the past 4 years . I appreciate that if United had appointed Martinez , many fans would have questioned such an appointment , only time will tell if the owners / Board got it right.
